Over the years my idea of what it means to be simply happy has shifted. It’s incredibly important to allow that kind of shift to happen and to also be mindful if our happiness is aligned with what we truly want, or if it’s something that was projected onto us that we happened to just pick up. Let’s start off the new year with some personal growth around our mental well being and do it in a self empowered way!
