I mean you're talking to a stay at home mom with 2 kids, 4 pets, a husband, a home, and a business to run. But self care does not need to be this all time consuming thing, and guess what? And self love is insanely crucial especially if your not just busy but struggling with mental illness like bipolar, anxiety, and depression.
