Stress, anxiety, doubt, fear ... whatever you want to call it, it's there. It comes in all shapes and forms and we tend to let it hold us back from a lot of things we could be pursuing. It's a topic that's been sitting with me a lot lately since I'm in the process of taking my deepest fears and insecurities head on.
