Our mental health is so intertwined with how we handle and navigate our day to day life. Too often the idea of having to do "the work" to better ourselves can drive us away from the very thing that is going to support us most through the toughest of times. I'm here to show you that it's so beneficial & actually isn't as hard as you might think. The same work that helped me overcome mental illness is the work that helps me rise up no matter what life throws my way today.
