Chances are the first thing you do after setting a goal is ask the “how”. How am I going to better my mental health? How am I going to get through this situation? How can I have that conversation? How am I going to make more money / get the job / improve this relationship / make time for my spirituality / etc.? We might even begin obsessing over the steps that we can take (or maybe even can’t take) to get there. So let’s release some attachment to the how - because it’s freaking overwhelming!
